Minutes of the Executive Board  by Linda Sullivan

Treasurer's Report

Sue gave us a Treasurers Report and stated that we currently have $3,700.73 in our operating account. We also have CD's totaling $1,124.04.

Now the fun stuff.

We hashed out the meeting dates and programs through Dec 2004. Naturally nothing is carved in stone but they look pretty good.

Oct 25, 2003 Halloween Party (pot luck)

Nov 22, 2003 PMS night (Popcorn, Movie and Soda) we'll once again show Just Like a Woman (finger foods are the suggested menu for movie snacking)

Dec 20, 2003 CES Christmas Party/Dinner at a local restaurant we have also reserved the Presidential Suite at the hotel for changing and social time after the dinner

Jan 17, 2004 Dressing for Success - Tips and Tricks for blending Makeup tips and wig care possible subjects as well (pot luck)

Feb 21, 2004 Tea Party (we're all going to scour thrift shops for tea cups and saucers so that each member will be able to take home a memento) What better way to brighten up the dull winter months. Hats, gloves and your best spring dress are encouraged for this elegant event. Assorted teas and finger foods will be the menu plan. We'd like to ask Victoria and Cherie to be our Hostesses

March 20, 2004 Discussion Night (pizza c/o chapter?)

April 17, 2004 Spring Fashion Show (pot luck)

May 15, 2004 Comportment (pot luck)

June 19, 2004 Here Come the Brides - Couples who would like to renew their vows are invited to do so at this meeting. We have two lay ministers in our group so that part is easy. Double brides are encouraged but couples can be creative as well. Those not renewing vows are encouraged to dress as bridesmaids. Those bringing munchies should consider reception type foods

July 17, 2004 Drab Picnic

August 21, 2004 En Femme Picnic

Sept 18, 2004 Kate Thomas (pot luck)

Oct 16, 2004 Halloween Party (we could move this date back a week if needed) (pot luck)

Dec 11, 2004 CES Christmas Party

We ended the board meeting at 5:40 pm.
